Do I need an account to place an order?

You can make purchases as a guest, but you can also create an account in order to access your order history, track your orders, save your shipping address, and securely store your billing information to facilitate the checkout process. 

How secure will my data be if I create an account?

Any personal data collected and/or processed in connection with your use on the store will be subject to our Privacy Policy. We maintain physical, technical, and administrative safeguards to ensure the protection of your data.

Where will my order be shipped from?

We dispatch all orders from our main warehouse based in Sheffield, United Kingdom.

How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping fees are calculated based on the volume & weight of your order. Please fill your cart with the items you would like to purchase & proceed to the checkout screen - you will be presented with a choice of available shipping options and prices to choose from before completing your order.

If there are no shipping options available, please contact us via our web chat facility or via sales@dapperdan.ltd and one of our team members will be able to assist you further.

Who will deliver my order?

We use Royal Mail or UPS to dispatch the vast majority of orders inside the UK - tracking information will be sent over to you via email as soon as your order has been picked by our dispatch team.

If you would like your order to be delivered outside of the United Kingdom, you may have a choice between one of the Royal Mail international services: "Tracked", "Signed For", or "Tracked & Signed".

Delivery time estimates will be displayed during checkout, and will vary depending on your location & the delivery service chosen.

Can I track my order?

Each of our shipping options includes tracking information as standard. You should receive your tracking number once your items have been picked by our dispatch team.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We dispatch the vast majority of orders from our warehouse within 1 working day of receiving them. Once your order leaves our warehouse facility it will enter the system of your chosen courier - from there you can track the progress of your delivery using the tracking reference you receive from us.

My order is late/has not arrived.
