Do I need an account to place an order?

You can make purchases as a guest, but you can also create an account in order to access your order history, track your orders, save your shipping address, and securely store your billing information to facilitate the checkout process. 

How secure will my data be if I create an account?

Any personal data collected and/or processed in connection with your use on the store will be subject to our Privacy Policy.  We maintain physical, technical, and administrative safeguards to ensure the protection of your data.

Where will my order be shipped from?

We dispatch all orders from our main warehouse based in Sheffield, United Kingdom.

How much are the shipping costs?

 

Shipping fees are calculated based on the volume & weight of your order. 


You will be presented with a choice of available shipping options to your location before completing your order. If there are no shipping options available, please contact us via our web chat facility or via sales@dapperdan.ltd and one of our team members will be able to assist you further.


We are currently unable to ship website orders heavier than 2kg outside of the UK; if your order is heavier than this limit no shipping services will be available to you. Please contact our team either via web chat or via sales@dapperdan.ltd for further assistance.

Who will deliver my order?

 

We use Royal Mail to dispatch the vast majority of orders.


Orders delivered in the UK: We use the Royal Mail 24 service for all deliveries.


Orders delivered outside of the UK: Royal Mail will process the shipment within the UK, then transfer your shipment to a delivery partner in your country. Please click here to view the Royal Mail worldwide delivery partner list.

Can I track my order?

 

Each of our shipping options comes with some form of tracking information as standard. You should receive your tracking number once your items have been dispatched. If you do not have your tracking number please contact our team via the web chat facility or via sales@dapperdan.ltd for further assistance.

Online confirmation once your order has either been successfully delivered or an unsuccessful delivery attempt has taken place.

International Tracked & Signed

Full end-to-end tracking; signature required upon delivery.

International Tracked

Full end-to-end tracking; no signature required.

International Signed

Tracked within the UK only, signature required upon delivery.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

 

We aim to dispatch all orders from our warehouse within 1 working day.

What do you mean by “Working day”?

 

A “Working Day” is any day your local postal service is operating as normal.


For example: the Royal Mail 24 service we use for our UK shipments operates Monday - Saturday each week, so each of those days is considered to be a Working day.


National holidays such as Bank Holidays, Seasonal closures etc. are not considered to be Working days.

My order has not arrived within the time advised in the above table.

 

Please note that the table above is only advisory, and was determined according to guidelines set by Royal Mail (correct as of 12th June 2020). We can provide a re-shipment of your order, or full refund, if your order has not arrived within the below time frame:
